Almost all of the Sensitives who came to visit Skully told me that I was a 'special person,' chosen to deliver a message to Mankind.

Despite their claims, I knew to the contrary that I was just an ordinary person with no message for anyone. I felt very much like a man who is constantly being stopped in the street by complete strangers; all of whom were intent on pointing out the large, ugly mass stuck to my head. A mass I simply couldn't see, or touch. I also started to feel quite guilty. Somehow, a mistake had been made. The skull had got stuck with me and could not deliver its message until it was reunited with the correct person. I was just holding everything up.

Of course, now I realize that I was indeed 'chosen.' But not in the way the Sensitives meant. It was more a case of 'every week someone wins the lottery.' I am certain that anyone presented with a cheque for several million pounds will praise their god(s) to the highest. Regardless of any actual divine intervention, or otherwise on the part of these -alleged- deities.

I do have a message to deliver to Mankind. Not by virtue of any special properties inherent within me. Rather because anyone can read the content of a newspaper they happen to pick up.

The issue is not quite as clear-cut as that, things never usually are. It was required that I was able to read the message and to understand its content. Also, I had to be in a suitable position to distribute the information to anyone who may be interested. However, the importance of this message is such that anyone who happened upon the material would have done their utmost to take the same steps as I.

As these words are written, the President of the USA has the world on the edge of its seat. Mr Bush seems determined to bring global peace and unity to this planet... at any cost! His actions are those of a desperate man who knows only-too-well that time is fast running out for everyone.

So, what -in a nutshell- is my message?

In keeping with the best occult traditions, my message, simple as it is, has three different levels. Each successive level hints at both the existence and nature of the material contained in the next.

The First Level looks at the general topic of the Supernatural. What is it? Or, more importantly, what do we imagine it to be? How is its material propagated, and why?

The Second Level looks in some detail at the mechanism of the supernatural. At the ways and means by which its high priests and custodians operate. Although the specific focus for the Sensitives, Mediums and Psychics was a crystal skull, the conclusions I have reached are valid across the entire palette of Supernatural practices and paraphernalia.

The Third Level of my message has thus far not been openly discussed. This material is stored behind a password protected section of www.tobew.com, and -until now- the password has not been disclosed. Nor has anyone guessed it. This material is dangerous, controversial and explosive in the extreme. It is for very good reasons that it has been withheld until now. It is to this material I will shortly turn. But first, I will present a brief summary of the first two levels.

First Level.
"There is 'Something' out there." Simple as that! Unfortunately, nobody has yet managed to figure out exactly what this Something may be, where It is from or how It can be utilized effectively. All that can be said is that, historically speaking: From small, isolated tribe to vast sprawling empire, everyone has acknowledged the existence of this Something. Each culture has its own Holy books, mythology and legends purporting to explain It. All have utterly failed to make the slightest sense of It.

Second Level.
On the 22 pages of the side_menu (of which this page is the 21st) I concentrate not so much at the different operating methods of the Sensitives, but rather at the results they obtained and at the conclusions that may be derived from their data. It was asked that you consider three questions. These being:
1.. How can you be sure that Sensitives really are in contact with the forces they claim?
2.. How can you be sure that these -alleged- forces are in fact what they claim to be?
3.. How can you be sure that the information channelled from these entities is correct or true?

You were then asked to consider seven propositions. These being:
4.. There is life 'out there.' The Cosmos teems with life and some of this is billions of years ahead of our own species. Just like the United Nations here on Earth, Extraterrestrial life is united in a sort of Federation. The sole criteria for admission to the Federation is the ability of a species to organize itself into such a state whereby one individual can speak on behalf of an entire planet.
5.. The Big Bang was an experiment devised by an alien civilization to study its own distant origins, by replicating the identical starting conditions.
6.. Since the civilization responsible for our Big Bang initiated the experiment in order to study their own origins, they could not be certain (or even sure) that they themselves were not the product of a similar experiment.
7.. Observers of the Big Bang experiment noted -probably with much alarm- that if any species within the experiment did evolve sufficiently to meet the Federation's admission criteria (i.e.: a global system of government with a single individual at its head,) then that species must be offered admission to the Federation. This situation must be akin to the mold in a scientist's test tube being invited to join him for dinner!
8.. All communication between the Big Bang experiment and its alien observers is strictly prohibited (you don't tell the rats they are in a maze.) The inhabitants of a planet must learn to unite and work together as a planet not for the untold benefits it will bring (i.e.: membership of the Federation) but for no other reason than the self realisation that this is the only way to survive. Built into the Big Bang experiment is a time-frame. Mankind has a little over 12,500 years to learn a single lesson (the cycle is defined by the astrological phenomena of precession.) At the end of each cycle, the planet undergoes a series of cataclysmic changes that effectively erase all traces of its development and 95% of the population.
A few agents of the Federation are then dispatched to the planet. These spread wisdom and knowledge and hint at the nature of the lesson to be learned, albeit in a symbolic form (i.e.: the religious promise of a glorious afterlife in lieu of goodness on Earth.) Everything we require to achieve the Federation's admission criteria is given freely to us. The cycle begins again.
9.. All communications (in whatever form they manifest) received by Sensitives derive from hackers! Unauthorized messages from unknown intelligence's, all of whom have a hidden agenda. In certain cases the hacker (spirit, angel, guide, etc., etc.) is clearly a member of the Federation who wants us to succeed (i.e.: to speak with one voice and gain admission to the Federation.) Others wish us to fail and will do everything in their power to hamper and damage our collective progress (devils, gremlins, etc., etc.) Others are simply after a laugh (bored children may poke a stick into an anthill, etc..) Some are just plain malicious.
10.. The current cycle ends on December 21, 2013. This date is our final bell. And let's face it... We have failed. Our civilization may shine on the outside, but just below the skin, the apple of our eye is rotten to the core. In a little over ten years, a series of cataclysmic changes will destroy 95% of this planet's population: Including us! Welcome to the Age of Aquarius. I hope you can swim!
